Grand Falls, New Brunswick--Still shots can't capture the force of the water barreling through this canyon.
One misty morning on the Fundy Trail, Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick.
Waterfall, Fundy Trail
St. Martin's Caves, New Brunswick.
These are sea caves exposed only during low tide. Right now we're walking on the bare sea floor.
Seaweed, snails and barnacles. The sea floor, Bay of Fundy.
Cape Enrage, Bay of Fundy.
Confederation Bridge, on the way to Prince Edward Island.
Cavendish Beach, Prince Edward Island. Note the red rocks!!
Cape Tyron, PEI. This was at the end of a dirt track, sort of in the middle of nowhere. We wouldn't have found it if a former resident hadn't given us directions. Amazing view. No photograph can capture it sufficiently.
Grape jelly-fish. It would have been risky to swim here, but the water was too cold anyway.
Artsy shot, Dunes Gallery, PEI.
Unfortunately we only saw one seal bobbing up and down on the water, but we did catch a couple of lobsters.
From the top of the Dunes Gallery.
Had to stop at Anne's village--Anne of Green Gables, in case you're not familiar. This is a fictional village based on a fictional character--ain't that grand??!
