Hi there. I just got back from a much-needed vacation in the south of Florida. It was wonderful to escape the snow. I've included a couple of photos, since I had quite the experience.
Pristine beach, Bonita Springs
On our excursions we ran into this "little" fellow: Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake. Luckily avoided a nasty bite.
Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge
And we tried to keep out of range of the dozens of alligators, except when I was trying to get a good shot.
Highway 41, near the Everglades.
But mostly, we encountered these fearless guys!
